Getting started with us
To start using call measurement we need to find out if you want to track your inbound and/or outbound phone calls.

Depending on how your business is set up we can structure a package that will work best for you.
Our system is totally web-based. It doesn’t require any hardware installation and you can monitor all of your call results on a password protected website.
Inbound Tracking
For inbound call measurement we start by giving you local or toll-free tracking phone numbers. These numbers point wherever you designate them.
You then put the tracking numbers in various ad sources. For instance, your website, direct mail, radio ad, etc. All calls that come from these numbers are tracked and recorded and you can go online and see the call results.
Outbound Tracking
For outbound call measurement we give you a toll-free number, which your sales team programs into their speed dial. Every time they place an outbound sales call they push the speed dial button, they’ll hear a dial tone and the rep will enter an I.D. code (1001# = John). The rep (John) then dials the prospects number and the call is connected.
The call is tracked and recorded and the rep gets credit for the call. You’ll be able to see exactly how many calls each rep makes and hear how they sound on the phone with a prospect.
These are basic descriptions of our inbound and outbound system, we also offer customized applications and a variety of other features based on your needs, including:
- Outbound click-to-call – great for larger tele-sales teams, allows you to place calls direct from a computer
- Website call tracking – great for tracking how many phone calls come from keyword advertising
- Do-not-call filter – filter your call lists before an outbound call campaign
- Smart call routing – route calls to specific locations or salespeople
To get started…
- We have you complete all activation and disclaimer forms and provide payment information.
- We then provide you with your tracking numbers and login information to the reporting site.
- We then go through a short setup and orientation to ensure functionality and to help you get started.
We do not lock you into lengthy contract agreements. This is a pay as you go system and you can cancel at any time. We do require a onetime set-up fee of $150.
We have two pricing packages available for low and high volume users.
Low volume (0-2000 mins) - Flat fee
High volume (2500 – plus mins ) - Flex pricing
We offer a starter package for inbound and/or outbound call measurement which includes:
- 500 minutes of call measurement per month
- 3 call measurement numbers (outbound and/or inbound)
- Additional numbers @ $5 ea. per month
- Overages billed @ .35/minute in blocks of 20 minutes
$145/month
For high volume users (2500 minutes and above) we offer flex pricing based on:
- Per min usage
- Per tracking number usage
- Per address look-up
